Because of the inherent size limitations of the workshop, a Call for Written Contributions was issued in the attempt to obtain from the general automated deduction community the most pertinent information and the best ideas on this subject. These web pages contain the contributions received, with some editing for pertinence. (Some contributions were considered too specialized or technical to be suitable.) It should be remembered that the contributions are workinng documents and as such may express opinions no longer held by the authors, and little attention may have been paid to the manner of presentation of the material.
