Where can I find Proceedings of SOSP?


Could someone kindly tell me where I can find Proceedings of
International Symposium on Operating Systems Principles? (in Duke
library or on web)

It seems that the Teer Engineering Library does not have the
proceedings (which surprised me a lot). I have not checked Perkins
library, but I think Perkins library does not have many CS books.
