The most recent, SOSP-16, is on the web at
http://www.cs.washington.edu/sosp16/
and the one before that is at
http://www-ece.rice.edu/SOSP15/
and all the ones before that can be found from
http://researchsmp2.cc.vt.edu/DB/db/conf/sosp/
Are you looking for specific proceedings or a specific paper? It's
probably easiest to go to the authors' web pages directly.
