We are planning a mini-SPIDER during the day. We have a speaker and we
want a good audience of SPIDER-regulars as well as some of the students
we are hoping to recruit. We expect only the systems-oriented admits
will come - a subset of the invited group. The idea behind this
mini-SPIDER idea is to give the systems-oriented students a slightly
deeper technical presentation than the overview talks and to let them
see the kind of things we do that would be available to them as future
students in the systems group (plastic Spider and all).
So...since we want YOU to come and listen at a non-standard day and
time that week, Please indicate which of the following time slots
are CONFLICTS. Also let me know if you just plain won't be able to make
it or are uninterested in this particular way of contributing to the
recruiting day. Here are the slots:
Fri March 26
9:45 - 10:15
11:00-11:30
2-2:30
3:15-3:45
Note: there will be lots of other opportunities to get involved in the
recruiting days, so there will be more to come.
