- As soon as possible: Meet with Client to discuss user testing feedback and any final changes
- Next week: Technology Transfer Documentation
- First complete draft due by end of the day Thursday, April 25
- Final draft due one full day before your client meeting
- Finals week: Meet with Client and course staff to deliver final version of project and documentation
- Plan for at least a 45 minute meeting to
- demo the project
- go over how to maintain the project
- go over basics of project's documentation and source tree
- You can schedule it anytime during the week that the client, one member of the course staff, and all student team members can attend
- Copy us on all meeting plan emails with client
- Final Reflection, due by Friday, May 3
- 1-3 pages that touches on the following topics
- what was the most important thing you personally learned by taking the course
- what you could have done to be a better team mate
- other forms of communication that could be used within the class to better informs teams, clients, and course staff
- what topics you would have liked to discuss during the semester
- favorite and least favorite speakers from the semester
- what changes should be made to the project deliverables schedule
