Assignment 7 (Final Project) – Saving a Species

Our world begins with the brave EcoBot, futuristic savior of the 2020 environment, rescuing the lone surviving male emperor penguin in what’s left of the South Pole so that he can pass on his legacy through a female penguin at the new Duke Penguin Center.

However, along their scenic return home, over the crazy skies of Egypt, EcoBot and his penguin friend collide with a rogue pterodactyl…

…resulting in a fiery crash. EcoBot’s companions go to fetch a ship able carry both EcoBot and his precious cargo.

However, while waiting for their rescue, EcoBot and the penguin have an unwelcomed guest—a mummy sent to find food for its Sphinx master. EcoBot quickly pursues the Mummy (the user must help along by using the arrow keys) after it steals the precious bird.

The Mummy leads EcoBot to the Sphinx who agrees to release his captive if EcoBot can answer his ancient riddle. Though EcoBot is very advanced, he lacks a logic chip, so the user must click the right answer for him.

Though the sphinx lets the penguin go after EcoBot’s correct answer, but he’s not happy, as his minions all [in order] know.

EcoBot, given his advanced Duke technologies, is faster than the Sphinx, escaping just before the Sphinx’s scorching fires get him, keeping the species alive.
