Final Presentation : This world consists of both an interactive story and game. The world begins with a story. The story starts with a student walking down a empty hallway as the camera gradually switches to his point of view. We are now watching through the eyes of the student. He turns to discover a Town Fair advertisement posted on the wall. The advertisement mentions fair food and rides; specifically the 'hot new' bumper car ride. At the same time, the camera returns to its original position and the student faces the camera to say "So much better then school...I'm leaving". Simultaneously, the students starts to make his way to the exit doors and the camera returns to the student point of view. There is a scene change. The viewer is now looking at the entrance of the amusement park again through the students eyes. There is a red button that needs to be clicked on with the mouse in order to enter. Once inside the park the remaining world is all interactive. If you click on the swings the student will move to a car and ride the swings (we are on the ride). When the ride ends you can press S [signifying Start] to return to the entrance. You can also click on the bumper car ride. Here we have implemented a game. You must press P [signifying Play] for the timer, score and independent bumper car to initialize or for random movement to occur. The Timer counts down from 45 seconds. The score increases every time the player controlled car (its controlled with the arrow keys) collides with the computer controlled car. If the score of five is reached before time runs out a "YOU WON" method is played with a list of stars. If the target score is not met in 45 seconds the "YOU LOSE" method will occur. Again, S can be pressed to return to the entrance. Our world is interactive and entertaining. We hope you enjoy.
