- Oct 1: See APT pages for Judgment APT, part of Exam I. You should
check out the project using Eclipse (this will be worth 1 out of 10
points) and check it back in too. See the
Ambient pages for
information on installing Eclipse and the Ambient plugin. The info
pages explain how to configure, check-out, check-in using Eclipse
and Ambient.
- Sept 26: For test practice see the syllabus, or directly
at test practice and
more practice. If you turn
in solutions to the creditcard problem (first practice) and
the proteinIndex problem (second practice) before 10:00 pm
on Sunday, we'll get you feedback on your answers --- submit
via Eclipse using testpractice.
- Sept 17: DNA-4 APT assigned, part of
second part of DNA-to-Protein
assignment, groups for that are assigned (see web page for assignment).
- Sept 15: Due date for Second Part of
DnaToProtein extended
- Sept 15: Blackboard quiz on selecting student code to work with.
- Sept 9: DNA-3 APT is due
- Sept 5: The first programming assignment is now online.
You'll write code to convert DNA to proteins.
- Sept 3: APT problems 1 and 2
should be completed before class on Monday. We'll discuss how to submit
them,
but you won't work on them during class.
