Group Evaluation

Please evaluate the group as a whole. Here you are NOT to evaluate individual performance/contributions, but how the group is working as a team towards solving a problem. The group grade is NOT affected by your comments here.

Use a scale of 1 -- 5 where 1 means ``I can't remember if we've had a meeting yet'' and 5 means ``the group is a team, it has worked flawlessly and made great strides in design, cooperation, implementation.''

Please provide written comments as well.

Individual Performance

Use a scale of 1 -- 5 where 1 means ``I've done nothing'' and 5 means ``My work is far beyond what I ever thought I could do and contributes to the group in a positive way''. You must include brief written comments on what you've done and how well you've done it. In particular, be sure to describe what group roles you've had and what code you are responsible for.

Assessing Individuals

Include a brief one or two sentence description of each group member's contributions. Please be honest, but tactful. A list of groups is given below. Please write on the back of this sheet as needed.
