  1. What makes a system peer-to-peer? Specifically, what characteristics and criteria are necessary or sufficient for a system to be peer-to-peer. Is DNS a p2p system? Is Skype a p2p system? Is rapidshare a p2p system?

  2. What is the story with eBay, Skype, business, software, and intellectual property?

  3. Is TOR (The Onion Router) a p2p system? What is TOR? What is it used for?
