For Assignment 7, I created a game called “Which Line is it Anyway?” It’s a pick-up line game. The user plays the part of the Eskimo bachelor, hoping to woo the affection of the Eskimo Lady, Jan. In order to do so, he must use a pick-up line.

Each time the game is played, one of 15 pick-up lines is determined to be the correct one to use on Jan. The user can try either a “sleazy” pick-up line or a more romantic, “love” pick-up line, by pressing “s” or “L.” Each time a line is tried and fails, the guess counter goes up and Jan gets frustrated!

When the user manages to say the correct line, Jan is overwhelmed with joy and asks the Eskimo bachelor on a date! The game over screen appears to congratulate the user on a successful romantic adventure.

Also in this game, the user can press “i” to have the instructions reappear or press the “space” bar when they are tired of guessing and want to say the “right” line for Jan.
