This page has several forms for filling out for regrade requests, get exam accommodations such as extra time, cannot take an exam, too sick to do work in the class, feedback on the class or UTAs, etc. Forms will be put up as we need them.
You can request the regrading of an assignment, apt or lab. We do not regrade lecture participation. We also do not add back lecture participation if you did not participate, even if you have an excuse. For lecture and labs we will drop a few points, so missing a few lectures or the lab participation point should not affect your grade if you just miss a few. If you miss a lot and have a good reason, you can let us know at the end of the semester and we will consider that.
A note will be posted on piazza when new grades are available. Once grades are posted you have a week to request a regrade.
NOTE: EXAM1 and EXAM2 regrades should be submitted through Gradescope. Go to the problem you want graded and then look for regrade at the bottom right of the window.
If you want to request a regrade, please request those on the regrade form above. If you have some other type of concern you would like us to address, please fill out this form.
If you would like to take the final exam with the other CompSci 101 section, fill out this form by Thursday, Dec 8 to request.
There is plenty of room for anyone in Section 01 to take the exam on Thursday, Dec 15 from 7-10pm with the other Section, but you must fill out this form to do so.
Space is limited for those in Section 02 who would like to take the exam on Monday, Dec 19 from 2-5pm with Section 01. I will let you know by Dec 9 if there is space for you.
Take Final Exam with Other Section FORM
If you have accommodations (such as extra time) for the final exam or you have three final exams in a 24 hour period, fill out the form below.
Please note that if you are sick on the day of your final, there is no STINF form. Contact your Dean, not me.

If you get special accommodations for exams (for example extra time), then Prof. Rodger should have received an official letter about your accommodations for this class.

We will let you know if we did not receive a letter about your accommodations.
You must ALSO fill out the Reschedule Exam Form for each exam so we can schedule a time for you to take the exam. Those will appear about one week before the exam.
Fill out this form if you need an extension for work (assignment, labs, apts) in this course because you are too sick to do the work or some other reason that you warrant should be excused. If you are sick you must also fill out a STINF form. If you are not sick but have another reason you think should warrent an extension, then in addition to filling out this form, you must also email Prof. Rodger to let her know you have filled out this form.

EXAM 2 Accommodations/Reschedule FORM
If you got 63/90 or below on Exam 1, sign up here for tutoring in small groups with CompSci 101 UTAs, for 2-3 hours per week. If you got 64/90 or higher you can also sign up and we will accommodate only if we have room. We also require that you apply for a Peer tutor for an additional 1 hour a week 1 on 1 time, unless you already have another tutor.
