We created a traffic scene in which cars move corresponding to the users command. It simulates traffic moving in response to traffic lights. When the traffic lights malfunction (causing both to be green), the cars crash.

This is the initial setup for the cars.

This is an example of normal traffic flow in which the cars facing the red light are stopped and those facing the green light are moving.

This is the crash that occurs when the lights malfunction.
