StarLogo Class Project: Swimming Fish

This project allows the user to move waves along the top of the water
while controlling their speed and have three fish swim along in the
water. The original idea included allowing the user to go fishing,
but the attempts at this were unsuccessful.
Directions:
- Choose a speed for the waves using the slider and do the same for
the fish.
- Start the waves and get the fish moving by clicking on the two
buttons.
- When finished, reclick the two buttons to stop the movement.
