I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Saturday was the perfect weather for a day trip to the beach. I'm glad Lana was able to join us, but Tiffany went home for the weekend.
This morning, I took pictures of all of my coworkers for the website. I continued to work on the Starter Powerpoints. First I divided all of the topics into part one, two,three or four. Then I worked on writing up the descriptions for each slide. I took a break to look at the worlds from CS 4 this past semester. Professor Rodger suggested we do that on Friday. I really liked Ali's world. What a great idea.For the rest of the day, i worked on the starter tutorials and Questions with Clicks. I needed another event, and Lana gave me a good idea for one.
I also uploaded my modified memory game to my homepage. This game uses random numbers, and sound.
I worked on the tutorials all day. I added a billboard to the starter tutorial, which is more creative than a background. I'm so glad I was able to use a computer from the office because I was able to get a lot more done. I stayed for an hour extra and worked for an hour at home to make up for leaving early on Wednesday to catch my flight.
Today I finished the first draft of the StarterWorldTutorial Part One. See it here I think there is a lot that I'm going to change because it's long. Part of that is I'm trying not to make the Set Up (Positioning objects,etc) confusing. I hope it works out well. Also, I probably didn't add enough about using quadview, so I'll end up changing that.Then I printed out Lana's tutorial to go over.
