This version of toogl uses the QT graphics/widget library
The QT library runs on Windows/Unix/Linux/Mac

see  http://www.trolltech.com

The version of toogl in this directory was compiled with
QT version 2 (current version is 3).

There's a Makefile and some demos, but there's little to no
support at this point.
