Location

TechConnect will be held in the lobby and auditorium of the Gross Chemistry Lab Building. Parking is in the PGIV Garage adjacent to the Bryan Center.

TechConnect, a biannual event hosted by the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering and the Department of Computer Science, brings students and employers together for networking and education.

The evening will begin with a panel of industry representatives who will share information with you about their company and a “day in the life” overview of their current role and progression in the company. The session will then be opened to Q&A from the student audience.

The industry panel will be followed by a vibrant networking session. Students from all classes are welcome to meet employer representatives, many of whom are Duke alumni. This venue provides a less formal environment than the traditional Career Fair, which takes place on Thursday January 27, 2011 in the Bryan Center. Our format of providing company-specific chat areas and signage for each company offers students and employers an easy way to connect, review resumes and share information.

For Students

No registration is required. All Computer Science and Pratt Students are invited and encouraged to attend: BS, MEMP, Meng, MS, PhD.

Employer Registration

Registration for employer participants is now closed.
