The spring session of TechConnect, in its third year now, had its best showing with 25 companies and about 250 computer science and engineering students attending the biannual networking event. The event provides companies that have technical interests with priority access to students. more »

In February Michelle R-Judd joined the Department as a Grants Assistant. Her efforts in this new position add much needed capacity in the Department’s research administration office, especially in the post-award area. more »

In Memoriam: Professor Gershon Kedem
Gershon Kedem died on Wednesday, June 6, as a result of complications related to a bone marrow transplant. Gershon was born in 1946 and has been a computer science professor at Duke University since 1984. more »
