My research topic is about finding out an IP address's accurate geographic location. This is important for the internet because it is useful in many applications, such as online advertising, location-based access restrictions, context-aware security, cloud computing, etc.
I have the desire to know about everything in computer science; I am still amazed that we can just sit in front of our computers, do some typing, and change the world so much. I think it’s awesome for a woman to be good at computer science; some people still think it is too difficult and requires logical thinking that only men can do well.
I am looking forward to graduating and plan to be a software engineer in a technical company.
