Center for Geometric and Biological Computing

The Center for Geometric and Biological Computing at Duke is a university-wide center that promotes interdisciplinary research in geometric computing.  Participants are affiliated with the Departments of Computer Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, and Mathematics, the Institute for Statistics and Decision Sciences, and the Nicholas School of the Environment. The center grew out of a collaborative center with Brown University and Johns Hopkins University.
