Dear Fellow Alum:

Thank you for visiting the Benjamin Franklin Alumni Association's web page. I foresee this fast growing ``Super Highway'' as a valuable resource to keep alums informed of the happenings at Franklin and keep us in touch with old friends.

As you may know, the Alumni Association is over ten years old, but the organization is still in its infancy. The next few years will be an exciting and challenging time in the history of the Alumni Association, especially in light of the current magnet school controversy. Your interest and enthusiasm will be critical to the continuing growth of the Alumni Association.

Over the past few years we've been watching the Alumni Association expand both physically and financially. More and more alums are taking an active role in the organization. Last year the Alumni Association formed committees to accomplish the business of the organization. If you want to volunteer to preserve and continue the high quality of the public education at Franklin, please don't hesitate to contact me.
