Ingredients:
| 1 | apple, cored and diced | ||
| 1 | banana, peeled and diced | ||
| 1 | orange, peeled, seeded, and diced | ||
| 1 - 2 tbsp. | orange peel, sliced into small pieces | ||
| 1 cup | strawberries, fresh or frozen (unsweetened), sliced or diced | ||
| 1 tbsp. | brown sugar | ||
| ¼ tsp. | cinnamon | ||
| 1 oz. | red wine | ||
| 1 oz. | bourbon | ||
| Variations: | |||
| ~ | use whatever fruit you prefer | ||
| ~ | use brandy or dark rum instead of bourbon | ||
| ~ | use more booze | ||
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
Notes:
- All quantities can be adjusted to taste.
- Store refrigerated in a closed container.
- Very nice on vanilla ice cream!
