Avocado Ecstasy Guacamole

This Guacamole really brings out the flavor of Avocado, enhancing it with a mildly piquant smokiness. Since the Avocados are not heavily masked, make sure they're fully ripe.

2		Ripe avocados
1/4 tsp		Coriander seed, ground
1/4 tsp		Cumin seed, ground
1/4 tsp		Curry powder
1/4 tsp		Garlic powder
2 tsp		Lemon and/or Lime juice
2 Tbs		Piquant sauce or Salsa

• Scoop Avocados from shells.
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
• Blend with a spoon, leaving Avocado a little lumpy.

Eat with tortilla chips, or use as a condiment.
