Avocado Ecstasy Guacamole
This Guacamole really brings out the flavor of Avocado,
enhancing it with a mildly piquant smokiness.
Since the Avocados are not heavily masked,
make sure they're fully ripe.
2 | | Ripe avocados |
1/4 tsp | | Coriander seed, ground |
1/4 tsp | | Cumin seed, ground |
1/4 tsp | | Curry powder |
1/4 tsp | | Garlic powder |
2 tsp | | Lemon and/or Lime juice |
2 Tbs | | Piquant sauce or Salsa |

Scoop Avocados from shells.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Blend with a spoon, leaving Avocado a little lumpy.
Eat with tortilla chips, or use as a condiment.
