I am a fifth year computer science graduate student at Duke, and my research interests include computational biology, machine learning, and more recently, computational neuroscience. I have completed my prelim and a corpus of work on extensions to dynamic Bayesian networks, and I am now focusing on developing new graphical models for some novel analyses of electrophysiology data. I will eventually update this site with my cv and research summary.
