The Problem of Honest Shirking in Content Swarms -
This work is the first to introduce the concept of the shirking exploit to peer-to-peer applications. We study how shirkers can manipulate the work distribution of a content swarm to avoid doing work. [PDF] [PPT - Slides]
Virtual Bluetooth -
Virtual Bluetooth is a service for Xen virtual machines. Virtual Bluetooth provides virtual machines access to the underlying bluetooth hardware while maintaining API compatibility so that bluetooth applications can run unmodified inside the virtual machine.
Currently our implementation supports a basic subset of bluetooth operations including querying the hardware, discovering remote devices, and file transfer. [PDF] [PPT - Slides]
