Update of Monday October 20. Performance has been intermittant over the last few weeks, but I have been too busy to do anything about it. :-( This weekend, however, the line was essentially unusable. Here are RTT charts for the last few days. One interesting thing is how something clearly happened Monday morning, and from that point on everything was fine again (well things went south again late afternoon).
