CPS 108/208 Group Evaluation, Spring 1996

Evaluating the Group

Please evaluate the group as a whole. Here you are NOT to evaluate individual performance/contributions, but how the group is working as a team towards solving a problem.

Use a scale of 1 -- 5 where 1 means ``I can't remember if we've had a meeting yet'' and 5 means ``the group is a team, it has worked flawlessly and made great strides in design, cooperation, implementation.''

Written comments would be welcome as well.

Your performance

Please evaluate your individual conribution to the group. Here you should base your evaluation on how well you have worked towards completing the specific task(s) assigned to you and how much you have contributed towards group goals/accomplishments. Use a scale of 1 -- 5 where 1 means ``I've done nothing'' and 5 means ``My work is far beyond what I ever thought I could do''. You should include brief written comments on what you've done and how well you've done it.

Please evaluate other members of the group on a 1 -- 5 scale where 1 means ``that person's in our group?'' and 5 means ``that person has worked tirelessly, contributed significantly, and learned much.''

Include a brief paragraph/sentence sequence describing each group member's contributions.
