A block of single and double rooms at $109.95/night will be held under the meeting code "NSF-BMC meeting" from Sept 30-Oct 3, 1999. The deadline for hotel reservations at these rates was Sept 15, but there may be more remaining. This hotel is 2 1/2 blocks from the meeting location at NSF.

The "Talk Abstract URL" should be a URL to a text document of approx. 100-200 words providing an abstract of your talk.

Your "Talk URL" should be a URL to web location that you intend to post a HTML or PDF document containing the talk's overheads in HTML or PDF format (if you have them in postscript, you can use unix distill to convert to PDF). You do not need to post the talk documents until just before the meeting, but the URL should be emailed now.

Please devote at least half of your talk to future directions and new applications of your research.
