administrative intranet/internet applications.
- Project manager for the Course Synopsis Database, a dynamic online
system that integrates the university mainframe database with a Unix
SQL server and allows users to view, search, and update via the web.
- Developed web version of the 480-page Duke University Bulletin of
Undergraduate Instruction, improving accessibility for students and
streamlining editorial production for faculty.
- Designed (and administered) the Ticket Tracking System and AV resources
database, used throughout Arts and Sciences to facilitate the
