Hey all,

Since you found your way to this page, let me give you a short summary of the site and myself. I'm a first year student at Duke University in the PhD program who is working furiously to get his feet under him so that I can make an impact on both the research community on campus and around the world.

Before I found myself in Durham, North Carolina; I grew up and went to school in the great state of Washington. Before that time though I was born in Boston, where I most recently worked for Google for a summer before joining my new work family in the South.
