Cloud Computing Efficiency
- Worked on different issues in cloud computing environment – specifically energy efficient resource allocation mechanisms and techniques for Green Clouds management
- Conducted research on thermal- and cooling-aware Virtual Machine (VM) scheduling and workload placement for High-Performance Computing (HPC) Data Centers, taking advantage of the migration, consolidation, and DVFS techniques
- Worked on power- and performance-aware scheduling of HPC application on Cloud Data Centers, using combinatorial optimization and heuristic approaches
