Something important that I have learned during this short period of time that I am in the United States of America is to concentrate your efforts on changing the system instead of people. If the system is working well then people will change accordingly, but if the system is corrupt and the only thing that you are thinking about is to change people, you should know that even a perfect person is being corrupted by an ill system.
