Welcome to my homepage. I am a third year PhD student working with Prof. Bruce R. Donald in in the Department of Computer Science at Duke University.
My research interests are in Algorithms, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, particularly in the Protein Structure Elucidation from NMR data. During 2002-2005 at NTU, I worked with Dr. Wen-Jing Hsu on Algorithms for Robotics, Parallel and Distributed Systems.
