- Finals week: Meet with Client and course staff to deliver final version of project and documentation
- Plan for at least a thirty minute meeting to
- demo the project
- go over how to maintain the project
- go over basics of project's documentation and source tree
- You can schedule it anytime during the week that the client, one member of the course staff, and all student team members can attend
- Final Reflection, due by Friday, December 14
- 1-3 pages that touches on the following topics
- what was the most important thing you personally learned by taking the course
- what you could have done to be a better team mate
- other forms of communication that could be used within the class to better informs teams, clients, and course staff
- what topics you would have liked to discuss during the semester
- favorite and least favorite speakers from the semester
- what changes should be made to the project deliverables schedule

- Deploy app prototype and user testing website, due Wednesday, November 21
- instructions for how to get your app onto the user's iPad (App store, website, etc.)
- three specific tasks for your users to complete (there may be tasks for specific kinds of users like faculty vs students, EMTs vs doctors, etc.)
- link to a survey to take during and/or after completing the tasks (this can be in Survey Monkey, Google Forms, etc)
