Directions to Parking Garage IV from RDU Airport, Raleigh & Points East Via I-40 West:
- Via I-40 West: Take exit 279B to merge onto NC147 North (the Durham Freeway) toward Durham/Downtown.
- Take exit 13 for Chapel Hill Street and turn right onto West Chapel Hill Street.
- Continue onto Duke University Road
- Turn Right onto Towerview Road
- At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Towerview Road
- Turn Right onto Science Drive, then turn right into the Bryan Center Pay Lot and Right into the Parking Garage IV (PGIV) entrance. Park in your assigned spot.
- You will need to walk from Parking Garage IV to the LSRC Building (see below for walking directions).
Directions to Parking Garage IV from Greensboro and Points West:
- Via I-85 North: Take exit 172 to merge onto NC147 South toward Durham/Research Triangle Park/Downtown.
- Take exit 16B for US-15 S/US-501 S toward Chapel Hill.
- Take exit 108A for Morreene Road.
- Turn left onto Morreene Road, continue through two lights onto Towerview Road.
- Turn left onto Science Drive, then turn Right into the Bryan Center Pay Lot and Right into the Parking Garage IV (PGIV) entrance. Park in your assigned spot.
- You will need to walk from Parking Garage IV to the LSRC Building (see below for walking directions).
Directions to Parking Garage IV from Richmond and Points North:
- Via I-85 South: In Durham, make a slight right onto US-15S/US-501 S (signs for US-70 BUS/Hillsborough Rd/Chapel Hill).
- Take exit 108A/108B/108C toward Morreene Road.
- Take exit 108A-108B on the left for N Carolina 147 S/Durham Freeway/Morreene Road.
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Morreene Road. Continue through two lights onto Towerview Road.
- Turn left onto Science Drive, then turn Right into the Bryan Center Pay Lot and Right into the Parking Garage IV (PGIV) entrance. Park in your assigned spot.

Directions to Parking Garage IV from Chapel Hill Via US. 15-501 North:
- Via US-15 N/US-501 N/Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard. *Do not take 15-501 Business.
- Take exit 107 for North Carolina 751 S/Cameron Boulevard.
- Turn Right onto N.C. 751 S/Cameron Boulevard.
- Turn Left onto Science Drive, then turn Right into the Bryan Center Pay Lot and Right into the Parking Garage IV (PGIV) entrance. Park in your assigned spot.
- You will need to walk from Parking Garage IV to the LSRC Building. (see below for walking directions).
Directions to Parking Garage IV from The Washington Duke Inn:
- Go straight onto Science Drive.
- After the first light turn Right into the Bryan Center Pay Lot and then turn Right into the Parking Garage IV (PGIV) entrance. Park in your assigned spot.
- You will need to walk from Parking Garage IV to the LSRC Building. (see below for walking directions).
Walking Directions to LSRC Building from Parking Garage IV
- Please park in your assigned spot in Parking Garage IV (PGIV). It is either space #15 or #16 after entering the gate. Be sure to display your permit prominently.
- Walk out of Parking Garage entrance, turn left towards Science Drive and cross the street.
- Turn Right towards the traffic circle and take your first Left before the traffic circle into the gated parking lot behind the Physics Building.
- Follow the driveway almost to the end and turn right to go up a few steps (there is also a handicap ramp) into the A-Wing of the Levine Science Research Center. *Note: This is the second floor level of the building.
- Follow the hallway through the A-Wing until it exits into the Hall of Science master stairway. Cross the catwalk to enter the doors into the C-Wing.
- Continue walking through C-Wing until you reach a door to a small landing/lobby area. Cross through the landing and into the 2nd floor door of the D-Wing.
- The Department of Computer Science occupies all three floors of the D-wing of the building. There will be an elevator to your right to easily access the 1st and third floors.
